About Us
Gordon Fire Equipment, LLC is a local family owned business providing fire extinguisher and kitchen fire suppression system service and installation to businesses and organizations in the Mid-Hudson region of NY since 1956.
The Hein family purchased the business from the Gordon family in 1978. Our current owner, Michael E. Hein started learning the business as an after-school job. The business has constantly grown and expanded its customer base, while focusing our work on fire extinguishers and kitchen fire suppression systems. This equipment is the first line in protecting life and property in a fire emergency and we believe in doing this work to the highest quality possible.

Caring, Attentive, Committed
In addition to providing high quality service to the extinguishers and kitchen systems, we provide education to end-users to better understand the equipment and how to use it. We value your time and strive to deliver effective communications and efficient service time and time again.
